Clients should notify us before an event if particular children must not be photographed or used in promotional material.

At weddings, religious events, cultural functions, corporate events, community events and other gatherings, obtaining individual releases from everyone incidentally appearing may not always be practical.
Where appropriate, Akshar Photography may work with organisers to:

8. Drone Privacy
During aerial operations, reasonable steps will be taken to avoid unnecessary recording of:

- areas materially outside the project.
Drone operations are additionally governed by the Drone Operations & CASA Flight Safety Policy.

- are not standard deliverables;
- are not permanent client archival records; and
- may later be deleted.
